i am building up a closed deck block for my my 99 turbo 2000
the car was running 420 bhp
it has a tdo6 20g turbo and i have been told that it not possible a tdo6 can only make the most of 380 bhp that why i need the sti heads and so im lost lol

I got a td06 200 in my garage I got told it was good for 400bhp guessing that's engine power not wheel?
