Default what should my target boost be?

As above i have a version 3 sti that has the following mods

SARD Induction kit
SARD BOV
SARD Hard pipe induction hose
HKS Super drager exhaust

It is currently peaking at 1.5bar acording to my boost gauge, is this a little high?

Any advice is welcomed.

Cheers

1.5 bar is WAY to high. The intercooler that is on your car is not efficiant enough to cope with that kind of boost, you also need a better flowing downpipe!!!
Im suprised your fuel cut aint cutting in all the time!!

Thats what i thought....

Also, how would it acheive such high boost levels on a standard ecu ? There is no bleed valve or dawes device installed etc.....

when you decat the exhaust you get what is known as boost creep due to the exhaust gases flowing better from the turbo back

Never seen a Sard ecu before. Dont think there will be many people in the uk who can map it.
Do a search in internet and see what it comes up with, might be a really advanced unit thats worth a forture, or im might be ****e!

Do you know who imported the car?
If so give them a ring to see if the ecu has been mapped whilst in the uk, if so then who did it?
