Basically, all of your exhaust. Change it all to stainless. The 'headers' run along the bottom front of your engine. They are effectivley the manifolds for the car. They are unequal in length and this is what gives the Scooby 'rumble'

This should give you an idea what you need.

tbh i wouldn't bother with headers, they don't give huge gains, but are expnsive for what they do give.
cold air indution kit
fuel pump
decat
remap
an dyou shoud be up around 330 ish.
after that it realy depends how far you want to go, and how much money you want to spend

thanks for your replys,
sorry for late reply been away. is it worth removing both decat pipes? i have just removed the downpipe for a H&S downpipe looking at maybe upgrading my suspension before i go for fuel pump and re map.
just wondering whats the best too go for weather its a spring kit or full suspension coilovers etc
cheers steve

again depends on your budget and requirments.
in most cases uprated shocks and a decent set of lowering springs will do the job very well.
i've got kyb shocks and eibach lowering springs and they are very very good on my classic indeed, and i know they are available for the new age as well
