Default cough splutter,morning start

lately as its got colder and wetter my 97uk has started strugglein starting in the mornings.it fires up just about on first turn but unless you rev it high it wants to stall when you pull away.an when the turbo kicks in it just splutters and holds back and the check engine light flickers.this probably lasts about 5-10 mins untill its warmed up an then its fine. not overly bothered dont use the car much but i was wondering if there was an easy fix ie sensor cleaning etc.any info would be apreciated

Engine coolant temperature sensor location

im hoping it’s the right one , i thought if sensors not working they tend to over fuel , other possibles are crank and cam sensors , but if it’s me coolant sensor first
