Default How do i adjust the TPS

Hi, i have a my95 wrx, and im having boosting problems and problem on start ups, also its realy bad on fuel.

my turbo keeps cutting of and same time throws out black smoke from exhaust.

and when starting up in morning, it struggles to start, it just dies out,

i dont think its engine timing as engine would be realy rough, but engine is sweet,

so could any help me and advice me on how i could check if my TPS timing is right o not, and is that the only sensor that needs timing or does the idle sensor need adjusting to.

If the car runs better when warm then I would look at the coolant temp sensor, also you could have more than one sensor fault, the high fuel consumption could be the lambda sensor.
Recommend you get yourself to a dealer/speciallist and get the car checked over.
