could it be a misfire?
plz help, cars been running fine, last nite i put my foot down got to bout 4400rpm roughly and the car slightly held back then went. This evening its doing it more frequent in 3rd 4th and 5th. The plugs arnt that old [denso plugs], could this b a misfire or does it sound like fuel pump problem

Sounds like a coil pack or plug problem.
personally I would ditch the denso and put in some NGK PFR7B gapped to 0.65mm.
And check the tips of your coil packs while your at it (although I may of told you to do this before.....can't remember as it's a daily phrase)
