Default Quick question - engine rebuild and Bristol Area.

Hi fellas
A quick Question
A bit out of touch with how much these things cost - these days.
No 3, as usual is the problem.
Ballparkish figure - how much should I pay for a rebuild plus labour these days.
My engine man is in Kent so I dont want to take the car down there.

Is there anyone in the Bristol area that you can recommend for a rebuild. that has a really good reputation.

Thanks
Steve

interpro in thornbury
or if your willing to travel a bit further then AP Motors in plympton, near plymouth , get a courtesy car there

they just fully rebuilt mine and i swear by them . click my scooby to see what i had done
i got all the bits seperately from Lateral Performance and they pieced it all together then Bob Rawle came down and mapped it

depends how you want to do it
i got a quote froma very reputable scooby engine builder
and was very happy with it but i sat down, worked out everything and figured if i buy the stuff myself, then get someone to put it together , i'd get alot more bang for my buck , ie pistons and rods
so i went that way
got my stuff from Mark and let AP do the build

i didn't mention powerstation because a friend recently had problems with them , but then again 1 in a 1,000,000 probably aint too shabby.

also try David at APi, in warwick, but still not too far from you

DAZZ

It is a lot more than 1.

Zenperformance is another top class setup.
