Default Replaced plugs & Coils, now bad idle

My v2 sti was breaking up under boost so I did some checking and discovered all of my coil packs were shot. I replaced all four as well as spark plugs and right after I did that the motor started cutting out at idle. It misses a beat bad and sometimes it is fairly constant while other times it doesn't do it at all. It never fully dies but sounds like it is coming close. It never did this before the new plugs/coils were installed. I also replaced the lambda and maf about a week ago if you guys are thinking it is that. What runs great other than this.

I previously had problems with them gapped at .028 so I dropped them down to .025 and they perform good under boost and when the vehicle is in motion. Perhaps this is causing the problem though. I wonder if there is a way around it.

What's 0.25 in metric? They are supposed to be 0.6-0.7mm on a scoob.
