Default Apexi PFC Boost reading ?

Am i right in thinking if i'm using AVCR with Apexi solenoid and map sensor to control the boost that the pfc commander will not show boost reading ?
oem solenoid and map sensors still connected electrically but not piped up.
Cheers in advance

It will show a reading of 0 since its still wired up and reading the MAP sensor thats seeing atmos! There is a setting in the PFC to turn boost control via the MAP sensor off, which you will have to do when using an external boost controller. I'm sure the PFC need some form of MAP input though?

If you want the PFC to display the boost just plumb the sensor back in, it won't interfere with the AVCR but obviously will only display up to its limits (1.23 Kg/cm2 on a pre 97)

There is a setting in the PFC that turns boost control off, so it won't be a problem, it'll let the AVCR do its stuff.

IMO I'd plumb it all in, keep it wired up.

Am just pipeing the map sensor back (thats the black one on the top of the bracket)up to the pressure exchange solenoid (thats the orange'y one at the bottom)
1 pipe goes between the 2 then the bottom hose from the pressure exchange sol goes to ??? not sure if vacumn tap or atmos or intake ?
Am using an apexi avcr so use the apexi boost solenoid supplied but have left oem boost solenoid connected electrically.
Can someone check pls ?

Would that be on the vacumn side ? (manifold) or inlet tube ?
Anyone
