Default MAF sensor issue with a frontmount

were having problems with the maf sensor on the car.

It works fine with a topmount running, yet when the frontmount and induction pipe is put on the car stalls....as if the sensor is telling the ECU that no air is being recieved....

The pipework is secure and tight, with no leaks as far as is known.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to what may be the matter?

Any suggestions are more than welcome and i know some notable minds on here are already on the case....(so thanks for that!!)

BTW the variables are the induction pipework, and obviously the 2 intercoolers.....

also the car DOES run with the sensor disconnected.....its only when its plugged in that it stalls the car....or if you try and start the car with it connected.
