I regularly use 97 RON fuel in my MY99 Imprza Turbo; either Esso Supreme or Shell Optimax.

I note that Asda do an LRP that is also 97 RON.

Basically, can this be used in my Scooby without knackering it or is that a bad idea?

It will bugger up the 'cat and sensors and gradually leave a white paste in the fuel system which will clog it up. Stay with unleaded.
