which down-pipe are you using ?

if its a de-cat then it will fail
or the cat may be buggered .

iirc centre cats weren't used in this year ??????????????

so the problem would lie with the down-pipe.

1993 does'nt need a cat, talk nicely to the mot'er and try to get him to put it through as a non catted category, he should unless he's a total jobsworth.

The standard system does have a centre cat though.

Make sure you're air filter is'nt choked, and you're spark plugs are in good order.
