OB? Confused

OB? Confused
Hi, I know you are all sick to death of newbie Q's about octane booster's (Maybe worthy of a FAQ or a Sticky?) but there are so many boosters out there all claiming ot be the best. I have read several threads on several sites and looked at sites featuring group tests and it seems to come down to Millers of NF. Which do you guys find in the real world to be the most effective, which is the most cost effective and who is the best supplier, either in the North East or via mail order?
I know thats a lot of ground to cover but it would be nice to have a definitive anser for all us newbies.

I was in the same situation and ended up going for NF. My knock link has calmed down a hell of alot, and the car just seems to run and sound smoother. I'm not just saying this either. Before, when I opened the throttle and 2500rpm in 3rd or 4th, there was quite along pause before anything happened. Now the turbo seems to be always ready.
So overall, i appear to be getting less det + the car feels better to drive (not faster though, as many OB's claim to be)

Give Roger Clark Motorsport a call tomorrow morning. Think mine was about £13 including delivery. Cheaper if you buy in bulk. 01455 828610

i read in one of the jap car mags the other day that there is a new product out that is great. thats fine, but the article stated that this one worked on cars with catalytic converters, where some others dont.
can anyone expand, which ones are bad for cars with the cats still fitted?
