I am thinking about getting more power from my P1.The only problem is getting it done so the car is reliable and will not blow the engine up after a few miles.Anybody had any experiance?

I've had it done by BRD, more for safety after decat etc than max power. I think it's worth it.

I would also be interested to read others opinions on the tek3 before I choose what option to go for on my Sti5. A lot of people seem to think that Link is the way to go but I would like to stay closer to standard.

BRD did my old p1, and was well impressed.

worth getting a full de-cat, air filter and a boost gauge first though!!

What's the average cost for this?, I wouldn't mind having my RA mapped for RON98 so I don't have to keep buying octaine boost!, get's expensive

a tek3 is a custom remap hence its a full remap with all your current mods taken into account, rought price is £650 + road/dyno tests etc..
