noisy clutch

just fitted an ap organic clutch and a new release bearing,when the clutch pedal is pressed slightly with the engine running,there is a bad vibration coming through the pedal and sometimes a knackered cv joint noise comes from it? any ideas before i rip the box back out and change the release bearing again?
