3.4 on acceleration is a bit low - should be more like 3.9 bar on full acceleration if you are running 0.9 bar boost. Effectively there should always be about 3 bar differential pressure across the injector - this is why it raises with boost and drops with vacuum.

In my experience tick over is not all that important but could be 2.5-3 bar Approx35-45 psi but always look for 3 bar over boost press. as your running fuel press. so 1 bar of boost needs 4bar fuel or58psi fuel and so on consistently.

Hi harvey thanks for the tip ,set car up tonight now running 3.1bar(44psi) tickover and 4.5bar( 64psi)and higher at 20psi full boost in top gear, this seems to work in with what you say is ideal set up ,also my afr meter is reading perfect about 6 to 8% co, plus top end is now really strong as it now goes right off speedo no problem and revs to rev limiter no problems
thanks everyone for there help

I thought I was running 6 to 8% CO based on a narrowband lambda sensor. I was running much leaner than that when checked with a wideband. I gained performance from adding fuel and advancing the ignition. I presume you have a method of detecting knock?

As John says...don't rely on a narrowband display to adjust your fueling. It can be quite destructive!

Hi dont have anything to detect knock but i am running a hks super afr for fueling if i alter fuel any higher car starts to fluf and run rich ,go any lower than the settings i have and the afr shows one to 2 green lights lower which is about 4% co , i have set up a voltage meter on my afr as well, so readings are at full boost in top gear are between 0.84volts and 0.87volts which i hope works out between 5% and 8% co have seen voltages higher but only on lift of or when hks unit numbers are set higher but then the car runs to rich and farts and coughs all over place ,really need to get car to star performance to get it set up but last time it was booked in girlfriend hit a rather large speed bump bending downpipe and breaking smallpipe from header to turbo ,took ages to fix so never had time to re-book
thanks shocker
