Hi guys,

I'm new to Subarus and this forum. I'm looking at an '04 WRX.

The car has done 85k (2k miles last year) It doesn't get regular use. The oil level was very very low when it was checked over. The owned said it was serviced around Christmas and there Is no oil leak. Does this sound plausible? I'm just concerned if it's been driven with no or low oil...the engine oil warning light hasn't come up so assures me its ok.

Any feedback or advice would be appreciated.

same here, in 3 years ive never had to top the oil up

If it still reads on the dip stick its fine.
mine never used a drop though
