Ok now I have the correct part finally
how do I get the bloody thing off
the us version is different
I don’t think how you’d get a deep socket on it
the turbo inlet is in the way!!

So what is the correct part you finally have??
Follow the hose marked in red to where it attaches to the inlet manifold, you will find the PCV valve screwed into the manifold attached to this pipe.
The plastic Y connector is attached to the Block with a short stubpipe, hose and clip
so no socket or spanner required at that end

quick question
I noticed the thread wasn’t on all the way
put the new one one was the same
btw the old one was gone
Depends how bad your engine has blow-by.
If it's gummed up and you can't feel the valve moving against the very light spring.
You can soak in parafin/petrol to clean it out, but for the price, simpler to change.
