Default Smoke on hot and cold start after being stood or moved but not driven

Bit of a weird one this. New engine run in with no issues but the last week or 2 I've been moving the car in and out of the garage and getting a puff of blue smoke when starting. Nothing on idle.

So today I've been to the shops and took the scoob. Smoke on start up when setting off, smoke once warm on startup at the shop and then smoke on startup again after being stood for 5 mins while on the phone. After leaving the shops it went for a short spirited drive back home with no smoke.

Checked the oil after 10 mins and after bowing down the dipstip tube and it's just about the full hole but way below the notch, so oil looks ok to me. It's 10/40 btw.

Left it for an hour and started it up and not a sign of any smoke.

I'm thinking that idling and the multiple cold starts have laced the stock breather system and possibly the IC with oil and it's now burnt it off?

It's a forged ej207 with sti3 heads that have been rully rebuilt with new valve seals etc and it's a new turbo too.

as it has got forged pistons could they be letting a little oil past until warm and they have expanded? either that or turbo seals perhaps?

Is it still 2.0, or stroked to 2.1?

2.0ltr engine.

started it twice yesterday and no smoke. This morning when I moved it, no smoke.

It was definitely oil as I could see the blue. I'm thinking it must be building up oil in the breathers or IC.
