Default What is this pipe called?

99 UK turbo.
Noticed temperature going up and turned out had lost coolant and had an air lock.
Looks like the pipe in the bottom of the picture may be the issue.its corroded and weeping. Seems to come from the block. Any one got any idea what it is called so I can order a new one.

Thanks for quick replies. Looks like it's number three in the picture. Does oil or coolant run through it? I'm sure the answer is coolant but just wanted to check. Didn't know I even had an oil cooler as std.
