Classic Impreza 2000 cambelt change
Hey,
New to this forum, better yet new to any kind of forum so i am sorry if i have gone about this in the wrong way.
I have a classic Impreza which has just hit 62k and is 16 years old, so it's time for a cambelt change. I have been quoted £436 + VAT for a full kit and fitting which seems a little much.
My garage claim they can do it for a lot less, but is not a Subaru specialist at all. However, they are a very good and well respected garage which i have been using for 8 years. They mainly work on Rovers, MGs, BMWs and VWs, can i trust them to carry out this work?
Failing this can anyone suggest some garages in or around East London where i can get a couple of quotes from?
Also can i trust my garage to fully service the car or should i again be taking this to a specialist?
