Misfire

Does anyone have any ideas, my car has started to misfire on tickover, its fine underload, engine is a year old and running Apexi FC its a STI with a single coil pack 1996 and how hard is it to change the spark plugs thanks

Not particularly hard but fiddly takes around an hour
take out the induction kit or airbox on the left and the screen wash bottle on the right for better access and I use a 1/4" sparkplug socket with a 3" extention

Ive had a quote and its alot higher then i thought
