Pimped up ride, where can you get the neons on the wheels from ?

Are they Frayzzz approved ???

So, do the lights fit onto any wheel, or do they come on the wheels ....... Love the effect of the pictures being created by the wheel as the car is driving

Nate they only come in 20", 22" and 24" and are for the SUV market only
