Default Leaking CV boot

I've got power steering fluid leaking from drivers side CV boot on the steering rack (quick rack) of my 97 Type R...

... Whats recommended to repair this? Cheers

Would have thought there will be a seal inside the rack on both sides. Gaitors or boots normally just contain grease to lubricate the joints and to keep crap out of them. There shouldnt be steering fluid in there and if there is , i would say the seals gone on that side.
