Need a re-map
Now I've had the mods done to my car - full de-cat, FMI and new turbo - I'm advised I need to get it re-mapped.
Ideally, I was looking for somewhere not too far and preferably not to expensive. I've tried Mocom - but its constantly on answer phone - and i hate talking to them things. I've managed to ring two places so far, 1 was £650 and the other was £450 (obviously this type of thing differs in price from one place to another).
Anyone got any ideas/experiences?

i think in this game you get what you pay for. the reason why mocom will be on answerphone is zak is so busy, which must say something for his work 
a lot of the guys on here have used him and he's had some very positive comments.
doing the right thing by getting some reaserch done though

Locally have 2 choices, Zak at Mocom or Pat Herborn via Xtreme (but only use Xtreme if it is Pat doing the mapping)
Personally I think you would be better off with Zak (and yes I have experience of both)

There are plenty of other mappers available, Paul at Zen, Bob Rawle, etc all have excellent reputations, but all are much further away.
