Default re-map ?

iv got a 2002 WRX i bought it as it is i got loads of info with the car and a stage one write up on parts and a re-map i was after it re-mapping or a map tweek but got asked who mapped it before i havnt a clue i rang the company up on the info power (something) i give them the reg and they have no record of working on this car. so how do i get someone to map the ecu without the info.
upgrades as i know are.
de-cat exhaust
VF35 Turbo
sti intercooler (with i.c water spray)

Might be cheaper returning to first mapped but make no other odds.

how do i go back to first map if i dont know if and when and who done it in the 1st place
