Misfire

I am having misfire when accelerating hard,but it is just some times mostly when the car is warm.
it does it over all rpm.
i thought it was the sparks so i changed the to HKS sparks but it did not help.
could it be the sparkwires?.
The car is my 99.
Any help is welcome.
