Oil poll, does any one use Shell RS 0W-40

Just logged on m8 and seen this.
Regarding the oil you mention, I have not read of anyone using this oil. This topic has been covered in great detail in the past. I recommend a search, especially the main bearing thread, around 6 pages long of the best info, by people who are very experienced. Following that there has been a few more threads on oil.
To cut a long story short for now, The conclusion was to use Castrol RS 10W/60 or Motul 300V 15w/50.
The oil you mention is too thin for the scooby motor.
Do that search, highly recommended.

Got some Castrol RS 10w-60 after speaking to Castrol in Pangbourne today and told Reg Vardy in Reading are the only people that stock it in the area!! £52.88 for 8ltrs
