my bugeyes booked in for TSL sports cat down pipe, powerstation equel length headers ECU tec and uprated fuel pump, been reading up for months and still unsure if i ve done the right thing but we'll find out next thursday, fingers crossed. Hopefully the headers will quiet the firestorm down a bit and get me on a few track days

any one know what bhp and touque I should be getting

Question

That's seems to be the exhaust side sorted. r u not going to look at an improved filter? Might as well if ur having it re-mapped I would have thought.

Assume the headers come with decat up-pipe, and you're putting a full firestorm system on? If so, you should get perhaps 290bhp/280lbft at Power Engineering rollers, less on power station's rollers, though. I hope that you're getting a custom map to suit the headers rather than a TEK 2? Also, you may find you need an uprated fuel regulator to increase fuel pressure and make the standard injectors flow enough for the headers.

I know one person with headers, full decat, custom ecutek and APS TMIC recently got about 295/295, but don't underestimate the effect his intercooler has (2 psi less pressure drop).

With ported OEM headers and a sports cat in my downpipe, I got 284/272, you should be looking to beat that sort of figure.

Improved filter will make very little difference, unless you're talking an induction kit.

well its all done, and Shes a flyer, thunbs up to the powerstation crew and the TSL Thunder cat looked a work of art

on the rollers the car got 260 bhp and 270 torque not as high as some but the powerstation Rollers are renound for beeing a bit tight

well Im well happy now, just gonna have to get used to the new sound, but im sure that won't be much of a problem

By the way TSL's catted downpipe is the same with Prodrive's PPP downpipe for WRX03 STI!

not sure about that, but I had to replace the centre section as well as its designed to fit the classic cars, but as I already had the TSL centre he replaced it free of charge
