I know that Holdcroft have recently taken over from Mainland and and that most of the same staff are there.I asked Mainland to order me a replacement locking wheel nut key and it took 5 weeks and a complaint to the management to sort it out.(They wanted to charge me £65 for a complete replacement set instead of £9.40)Since then I have driven the extra 40 miles to Monks Heath motors near Macclesfield but would like to use Holdcroft because they are on my doorstep.I realise that it was the service departments fault that I didnt get my wheel key for so long and this bares no reflction on the technicians capabilities hence can anyone vouch for them for sevice, fault diagnostics, professionality.

I've dealt with Danny (formerly of Mainland and Intermoto) the service manager for 3.5 years, can't fault the sevice I've had.

I have used Holdcroft in Newcastle and they where excellent and know their stuff so I do not see any reason why Widnes will be any different from this. Think they will be better than Mainland as they have a lot more experience with Subarus.

I wasnt OVERLY impressed with their Service, but I have been to worse ones (non Suburu though). Just the ususal VERY expensive main dealer issues, BUT! Where else to we go for genuine Scooby parts

The service manager seemed ok to me, when I extended the warranty on my P1 I explained I had a full de-cat and he said what de-cat,

I was quite hapy with that
