Sorry if this is old news but I only just found out!
The Subaru/Isuzu part of Osbornes in Colchester is closing down. The Lind Group that owns them have decided that they don't want a Subaru or Isuzu franchise and have ditched them. They'll be gone by the end of september.
Apparently the Subaru franchise is going to the local Hyundai dealer (Haddocks I think it's called). As far as I know only one of Osbornes Subaru engineers is going over to them.
Hope this info is of some use!

jesus i didnt no that and thats where i got mine from last september even got a courtesy 2 days ago to see how the car was which is always nice but he never said they were closing down

Glad i sold mine yesterday, as the service in north essex and suffolk (i think subaru uk dont know this county exists)is poor.It was either osbornes or greenways.
How many more are changing or going i wonder.

Have bought both my cars from Osbornes,always found them very helpful!
Cant comment about servicing as no longer live in Colchester, however still have family and friends there so go back quite often.
Interested to know if all Osbornes notes on me would now be transfered to new dealer.
I still recieve letters reminding me about servicing even though i now live in Crawley!!
For those of you that dont know, Haddocks is on the A137 near Ardleigh, just before you get to John de Bois Hill before the reservoir!
Its a big Hyundai dealership.

Be nice if they wrote and told you they are closing and pass on details of the new dealer. Like when do they start sale and service.
Instead get a phone call only last week trying to sell me a car when this ones not a year old. Must have a lot of stock to clear.
Plus service was going down hill in the last year.
