Osbornes Praise where praise is due

I am the first to complain about poor service
But here comes a glowing report usually reserved for Scoobysport or TSL
I have had my MY01 WRX PPP serviced since new at Day’s of Chelmsford and have always thought that the service wasn’t the best.
At a recent meet I met Tim Taylor who works at Osbornes of Colchester and he suggested I try them.
Well I live in Southend and work in Wickford both a fair distance from Colchester.
“No problem” we will collect and leave you with a car
But won’t it cost me more. “No I’m sure we can arrange a discount”
So today the car is collected from the office at 9.30 by a nice gentleman who asked if there were any special instructions.
ITG filter not to be replaced , take care of the HID’s etc
He left me with a fully valeted Legacy
Around lunch time I received a call
“sir your front brake pads are quite low do you want us to change or will you replace them as I notice they are uprated and your rear tyres are now marginal”
I said I would do the brakes and the tyres were being done tomorrow
“fine Sir your car should be with you 5.00-5.30”
Sure enough 5.15 and the same gentleman returns the car showing me the stamped service book and complementing me on the dashboard gadgets[Snooper & Road Angel]

All part of the service . We did have fun with your LED diplay but did we change any of the messages
I'm only sorry the car was not cleaned as well as our valeter is off on holiday today and tomorrow.
