I have a 156 page presentation that I have been printing doible sided, 2 slides per page today. I now need to print pages 121 - 156 and have a problem.

I go to <File><Print> and select <Slides>. I try to type in "121-156" and can only get "121-15" as it wont let me put in any more characters.

How can I print my slides ??

Not a powerpoint guru but there would be two possibilities I think

1. Print the pages one at a time - but that knackers the double sided bit.

2. Save the required pages to a new presentation, so that you are printing pages 1-whatever. This would make the file alot smaller too.

Don't know if number 2 is the best way but it should work

You could try this..... from the Powerpoint help.

Change the starting slide number
You might want your slides to start with a number other than 1 — for example, if your presentation is the second part of a larger presentation.

On the File menu, click Page Setup.

Under Number slides from, enter the number you want the slides to start with.

Thanks for that Yokel. Tried it but still no use.

Scott W has cracked it though, heres what he said.

OK, I think I've done it!!!! Go to Slide Sorter view. Then go to slide 121 and click here. Then CTRL-END to the bottom slide, whilst holding down the shift key - in otherwords highlighting all the slides from 121-156. Then choose the Print option from the File menu, and choose Selection.

That way I dont have to type the slide numbers in the box where it seems to limit me to 6 characters for some reason.
