Well all seems ok, the fujitsu connects up, trains etc. The initial connection works but when I try to download the Norton Antivirus the download fails with:

"The connection with the server was reset"

and I need to re-login. This has happenned 3 times on the trot now.

any ideas?

So the internet works fine I take, otherwise you wouldn't be posting this therefore it could be down to something being wrong with nortons server ???

 

the internet appears ago, it's just when downloading large files. will try some other tests....
