Japanese computer game of 1970's Zero Wing - the original "Game Over" message was badly translated into english.
The phrase spreads around the internet , used on various sites , picked up by news organisations etc. Generally hacked about to make a point ...
eg:
US Elections 2000 : "All Your Votes Are Belong to Us!! "
Dutch Railways site hacked : "All Your Trains are Belong to Us!"
Dutch Postcode lookup site : "ALL YOUR POSTCODE ARE BELONG TO US!!"
Dutch Euro Info Site : "All you euro's are belong to us :-) who's next..."
(dem crazy flemish , eh ?)
Bad-Managers.com : "All Your Project Are Belong To Us"
Various places post Sept 11 : "ALL YOUR QAEDA ARE BELONG TO US"
The Register has run a story on it too :
http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/28/17122.html
And finally .......

I have a Frontpage table which I have set to be 100% wide.
When viewed in 1024x768 it fills the width perfectly, but in 800x600 about 15% of the table goes off the edge of the screen.
How do I sort it so that it fits to the screen size?

Sorry....
The long and the short of it is that if you want to really understand the code, you have to write it. All these WYSIWYG editors are very nice and powerful and quick, but if you don't understand the underlying code, when it goes wrong you have nowhere to start when it comes to debugging.

Rik,
Check that the individual columns within the table use % values for width, and don't add up to more that 100%. If they use absolute values (120, for instance), make sure this does not exceed 800.
Do you have any images in the cells? If so, then the smallest width the column can be is the width of the image - e.g. you have three columns, each with an image in. If the image widths are 300 each, then no matter how much you bugger around with the cell and table properties, the table will be atleast 900 pixels wide!
If all else fails, try posting the HTML on here...
