Default xbox360 fraud?!

Chaps.

Any experience of this? Overnight we have had 6000 points purchased then transfered to others + a 12 month gold subscription too (we pay monthly). Looking back at transaction history there seems to be an odd game or 2 purchased as well that we didn't spot How is that possible FFS

I contacted Amex to cancel card so OK there ...

TX.

Edit - plus how hard is it to get hold of m/soft took ages to find a nr & then can't get through to a human being!

I popped my CC details onto the Xbox as I just wanted a few goes on Halo3 online and wasn't prepared to pay for a years subscription. Only noticed the other day they've been charging me every month ffs. I should remember to read the small print.

Yeah, i had my details on the xbox initially, took ages to get them removed, nowadays i just buy prepay cards, to be honest i hate the prepay cards, but i am not putting my details back into MS`s hands.

How do you go about getting the details removed? I had hoped that when my card expired that would be it but it just kept badgering me every time I switched it on that the card details have expired!?

Well my card was cancelled so the new card is not on there ... will switch to prepay I guess

TX.

PS

The scam is that they purchase a years family membership, then 6000 points ... the family membership lets them transfer points to 4 other accounts which are theirs!!
