Format and reinstall, head to the local newsagent and buy a good old traditional muckmag, stick to pulling you plonker in the bog, its much better for your pc's health.

Press start, bottom corner. Then press "all programs", then "accessories, then "system tools", then "system restore". Go to a date well before you started having these problems. Cant promise that it will work but its worth a go.

Thank you al for your replies.
I think the restore has sorted it, it seem faster again and so for no extra windows.

If I were you I would still download & install Malwarebytes, then run a full scan. It's pretty good at detecting most stuff and getting rid of it, even if you think the problem has gone away.

If you do run it I bet it still finds items on your machine, and probably loads if you like your ****, lol.

Most spyware/virus's dump crap in the system restore locatoin anyway, so when you restore your PC to an earlier time the spyware still remains. Usually, for infected machines, the first thing to do is turn of the system restore so you don't get anything back onto your PC after having just cleaned it, or so you thought.
