Default Which ISP? Advice please

Have been with Tiscali for some while now, paying £14.75pm for broadband and generally everythings been ok. However, I've recently had a problem with accessing the internet - spoke to customer services (believe to be overseas) and was assured problem had been fixed. Later that day, switched on, no access. Rang back customer services and went through different set of fixes, told system now ok and wouldn't give me any more grief. Fateful last words - same thing happened twice yesterday. Although they're sorting out the initial problem there's clearly an underlying issue which needs resolving but which they seem unable/reluctant to deal with.
Decided to switch ISP - rang Orange and was offered broadband, home phone (to include uk calls and 1000mins to Oz which we'd use) all for £21pm. Seemed a good deal - home phone presently with Post Office (line rental £12pm) who also offer free Oz calls but only at weekends.
Now I hear Orange customer service is not so good but then I've read a lot of reviews and all the companies get crap reviews from someone.
Tiscali meanwhile have apologised and said they'll have someone 'senior' look into internet access problem, reduce my costs to around £19pm and throw in home phone and the free Oz calls.
Question - should I give Tiscali the opportunity to sort this out and accept latest offer or move elsewhere?

Barry i would stick with Tiscali and see how it goes, most ISP's have problems every now and then, give it a week or 2 and if you don't have any more problems then you've got it all at a cheaper price now, if it doesn't improve then it's time to go

We're with Orange. The internet phone was crap so got rid. "Up To" 8meg broadband cost us £18 a month. Seems fine with no problems. Handles the PS3 gaming ok too.

ive been on tiscali and orange both started well and 6 months in shocking service they throttle you bigtime at 6pm both deny it but online gaming is a no no

im currently with bethere pay £7.50 for 40 gig cap a month used to be on the unlimited package but dont download much so dropped my package down to the minimum one service is spot on - no throttling gaming 24/7

I also did away with BT for my line rental and now im with madasafish pay £9.75 a month for line rental (still goes through BTs line) and I get free calls and stuff bargin
