Default Assassins Creed

Hi,

Great game but i am stuck. I have done the first 3 missions ie Acre, Jersualam (sp?) & Damascus, i have returned home & then went to Damascus & Jersualam to the assassins bureau, to be told about other missions. But nothing comes up on my map. I have rescued all the people from the soldiers & also scaled all the viewpoints but still nothing.

Anyone got any tips ?

I would use google but my works server wont let me access games.

Thanks

Have you entered the second part of the cities, they are all split in to 3 areas?

sometimes you need to have a wonder about and look for something tall+eagle to climb up and sync with so you get the extra missions.

i also found the assassins bureau gave clues, that i had missed as the bloody G/F was yapping on about shopping or hair and i was half pretending to listen

I think the map will stay blue until you find the new viewpoints, as Micky says talk to the assassins bureau and they will tell you to head to the rich district or whatever depending on the city, you will notice that where before the alleyway or path was blocked now it should be accessable.

Agreed, just because areas on the map look inaccessable, doesn't mean they are.

I got pretty bored with this pretty quickly, same missions over and over, trading it in today along with Devil May Cry 4. Going to get GOW and possibly COD4

Agree with this 100%.

Great looking, great interface, pretty good combat, but the missions and locations become boringly repetitive after the initial 'wow' factor wears off.

Huge populated cities - with nothing much to do and barely anyone to interact with.

And just exactly where does 'assassination' enter into it ?

Each mission ends up the same - chop your way through the guards then chop down your target - job done!

I would have thought they would have plumped for a more 'stealth killing' approach - ie letting you hide in shadows, bypass guards and plan your mission more carefully - a bit more like Splinter Cell.

The game had great potential - but didn't live up to it.

Have massive attack-teardrop playing in the background.

Makes the game seem as impressive & exciting as the advert made it out too be.

i did do one mission as a "pro assassin", the one on the boats down the dock, i sneaked on in, ran up and nailed him in the face with the hidden blade, quick scuffle later and i was back off
