360 read error

360 read error
I have started to get the odd disc read error from my 360 (its new btw)
The disks are clean and unscratched (new as well) .. is this a sign of a machine on its way out
or should i take it back and exchange it pronto...

I had this on my 2nd one took it back and new one was fine. Use to have to save every 5 min to make sure i didnt get to far and lose everything
