does anyone know of any good deals (i.e. cheap) deals on desktop or laptops from Dell at the moment

I've tried to get that spec on Dell's website and can't remove the support,how do you do that? is it the Inspiron 1501?

its good,but its still Vista only and the memory is only 1 gig,so I would want XP

btw,where are you finding these? I do to there home page and can't these prices or find these deals? is it a secret page!?

Some are available with XP, some not. Personally I wouldn't use XP now. We have a 1501 with 1Gb and Vista, runs brilliantly

Yes in a different league to a P4 2.4! My old AMD64 3400+ is in a different league nevermind a dualcore (X2) one
