Some are available with XP, some not. Personally I wouldn't use XP now. We have a 1501 with 1Gb and Vista, runs brilliantly

The Dell Online Store: Build Your System
If the ecode is 305-N07153, add 'xp' to the end and search on the Dell website (eg. 305-N07153xp)

So for £270 then I should snap their arm off as i'm running a 4 year old p4 2.4 with 1.5gb of ram and a 128mb 9800 pro?
How does that amd spec compare to the equivalent Intel as always been a pentium fan?
In fact is it worth coughing up another £47 for the 5000?
Also is the 256mb 1300 pci card better than my Radeon 9800 pro? Don't need the monitor so can knock that off and upgrade memory, processor, video card and Vista to take it to £350 if its worth it?
