Great game, but unfortunately very, very buggy. Took me an age to get it stable. You get banned on the ubi forum for asking for your money back

As with any new game, some people have troubles (and no-one posts on the forum saying 'works great, thanks!').
My first version (i.e. the one I'm not selling) worked fine; guess it helps having a half decent setup and a bit of luck!
