Default Aldi - 32" HD LCD

Subscribed to their weekly offers email cause I was waiting to see what their latest PC offer will be, but had a link to this
ALDI UK
on there...£389...almost tempted to have one just for the 360.

Oh and they have got a multimedia PC coming soon but no details yet.

Thats a bloody good deal, Ive been looking at a few and noticed that quite a few say 'HD ready' but dont support 1080 on the resolution which I thought was a fundamental requirement? My guess is by HD ready they just mean its got an HDMI socket on the back.

The minimum native resolution for HD-Ready is 720 lines. Most only interlace to 1080.

It also needs to have DVI or HDMI inputs that support HDCP.

Hmm well there's me learnt a new thing then!
I presumed that if a TV has a native resolution was 1366x768 it was HD Ready?

So long as it has a DVI or HDMI socket with HDCP too, then yes it would. 720 is a minimum. To get the sticker, its needs to meet these requirements:
