Does anyone have the Serif PopArt software?

Tried PopArt Studio and it was poor.

You can create that effect in photoshop, can't remember the process though.

This months copy of 'Digital Photo' has the photoshop tutorials for that...

If you have access Mac and a webcam, photobooth has these effects. Quite good fun to play with !
