Default No internet

We have a PC here at work which a collegue has brought in to check out. whilst at home the internet stopped working. all other PC's on the home network still have the net connection etc...

We've hooked it up to our work network and thats working fine but it just wont load up any web pages with either firefox or IE... any ideas? it was wireless at home but we've fitted a normal LAN card to it at the minute and disabled the wireless

TIA
