How do you turn off the annoying 5 sec time penalty in the rally part of gt4??

How do you turn off the annoying 5 sec time penalty in the rally part of gt4??
as above, its really doing my head in at the moment and not realistic at all like rallying which gt3 was great for, you even seem to get a penalty if some one else crashes into the back of you, i lost 35 secs for the lancia crashing into me on one race,how can you win with that going on! I think Subaru has missed out on the special cars bit in the go buy section, no 22b! stis!! what do we have! a 15 bhp shttta come on everyone else got it right, why do we have to buy the cars second hand?????

Its not really racing if I am wasting time getting out of the way of other cars so they dont give me penaltys, My 100% racing record is down t 85% after just three races on the rally track,grrrrrrr lol.

action replay max,cheat disc works a treat matey,theres hundreds of cheats for the game but all i have used is that one as the 5 second crap was annoying the hell outta me

cheers ethanrob, think I have something like that myself but doubt it works on gt4. I was thinking more along the lines of a cheat as in the old type ie you press this button and that one and then press up etc etc like the good old days ha ha, does anyone know of anything like this???

stupid fooking driver!You can switch the penalties off for arcade mode but not for gt mode.
