Ive heard some good reports about some of the offers on at Aldi, including these,

ive been told they sell out pretty quick as they only get a few per store so i,ll be there for a harddrive in the morning,

anybody had any probs with the computer gear from Aldi???

I should point out that you can get a OEM spec NEC DVD writer (highly rated) for £37+vat+del from Novatech.

So not exactly a bargain

Hard disc is cheap though

Think you may find the cache is a little lacking on the HD's so fine for a secondary drive but prob not best for the OS

cheers for that mate, ive got an external 160 thats nearly full of mp3s so was going to stick it in an external case,

Hope you've got at least XP SP1, XP if not updated will not recognise the 250GB drive, it will only show 137GB.
