Default Wireless network question...

Im having problems with my Belkin wireless network. For some reason, midway through 99% of downloads or viewing web pages with alot of content the computer disconnects from the network and needs a full reboot.

Its a 54mbits/sec connection with a 60% signal.

Any ideas? Its really annoying :|

I use the belkin one cos i thought it had a better range than the rest. Any suggestions for a replacement greatly appreciated

It needs to be a decent connection and travel through a pretty thick concrete wall.

You know, I've put 4 of these wireless 54Mb/s buggers in now - various wan routers and dsl routers from Netgear and Linksys and NON of them run consistently smoothly.

The firmware is a bloody joke as well - sometimes the later versions are more problematic than the previous ones!

In fact in an office environment I wouldn't bother unless it was impossible to run cable. That may sound daft but some people just want to have wireless cos its "cool"
