Default GE Digital Energy UPS's

One tip..

If you use / or plan on using the GE Digital Energy UPS's dont use their cheap Changeover switch. (for Bypassing UPS for maintenence) - PS these arent for Small Installations.

We tried to and they dont take 35mm armoured TP+N cable too well..

Ended up crimping lugs on and bolting the cables together.. = No changeover switch.. Great

Now they tell us (when on site, watching the electrical contractors cursing at them ) that they do a more expensive version with electronic interlock for Maintenence bypass.... And this one is rated to a higher capacity.

So More scheduled downtime.. what a shame..

Oh no, 9pm to 11am on a sunday - double time
