Default Changing the BIOS - how?

Anyone know how I can tell my BIOS to look for memory in Bank 0 AND 1?

Its just seeing half the memory module (Bank 0) - how do I tell it there is memory in both Banks 0 and 1? I have a 256Mb Module with 128Mb on each side (PC is only seeing 128Mb)

Also, how many banks do you have on te mobo? The BIOS will always check for RAM automatically. Try every stick in each slot and see what gets picked up on boot.

Thanks for the reply - I have only two slots to put RAM, I have tried both - and, yes, its RAMmed home! Pardon the pun!! Har Har!

When I look at the BIOS it sees memory in Bank 0 - I thought (wrongly it would appear) that that was fixed?

Its obviously looking and only seeing Bank 0 - which puts me back where I was ....... is it the RAM or the Motherboard!?

Sorry to those who saw me mention this fault a month ago, but holidays have been between and I thought the BIOS could be FORCED to read Bank 0 and 1 (clearly not)
